In the sophomore text, each unit consists of twenty words. These words have been selected based on several lists that compile the most commonly tested words for high school sophomores, including on the SAT exam.

At the end of these nine units, you will take a midterm exam that tests your knowledge of all nine units. Once this is completed, you will not need to know these units for the final exam at the end of the year.
